Learning curve

-so far work has been fun and challenging...am digesing the change managment process and as well as client't change managment process. 6 more quiz to go

-work has been fun cos mind is challenged. :)

-tml there will be new person onboard our team..quite anxious to see her.

- attending orientation @ headquarter alone ! it's compulsory and is from 9to 5pm ....yeah can knock off earlier..haha

- 1 week has passed and i have just begun to understand the work-flow..my manager told me to burn the "change management process standards and ISO" leh...at first i was thinking..."Huh.., i just finish my studies..now need to sudy again" ..but after pondering...i feel it's a good news! e company is seriously into developing their people to ensure that are competent to perform...i see it as a good learning curve for me as i always believed the day you stop learning is the day you stop growing....

back to my online lesson..
