Finally see the light after one and a half year battling with the BTO system. Got it at -10% discount, if i will get it earlier, price will be much more higher. Just few months back, also a SK project cost from 286k to 376K was 2 LRT stops away from main station. After Khaw's decision to cut price..our project cost from 246k to 334k. really can't PTL enough. :P
Went to actual site and really walk the walk..found it is really 7 mins walk only!! Oh my goodness! MRT, Shopping center, interchange and Sports complext , library all within walking distance. If our intention is to sell after 5 years, price should be good!
